These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flacseed ("the App"), developed and published by Squiggly Line Apps LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Flacseed, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flacseed for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Flacseed allows you to import, organize, and manipulate audio files. You retain full ownership of any content you import or create using the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any audio files you import.
We do not access, view, or store your content. All audio files remain on your device.
Flacseed is available as a one-time purchase after a 14-day free trial. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
Flacseed is a tool for organizing and playing audio. While the App can detect and display binaural beat frequencies in your audio files, we make no claims about health benefits, therapeutic effects, or medical outcomes. Flacseed is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You agree not to:
Flacseed allows you to connect to third-party Icecast radio streams. We do not operate, control, or endorse any radio streams. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any streams you access.
Flacseed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squiggly Line Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may stop using Flacseed at any time by deleting the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
